About the event

Think of this retreat as a restful-yet-playful, choose-your-own-adventure weekend in the redwoods.

We’ll offer grounding yoga classes, nature time, cozy hangouts, and fun workshops — and you get to follow what your body and heart need most. Whether that looks like moving, resting, walking among the trees, journaling, or sipping tea with new friends… it’s all welcome here.

Our intention is to create a space that feels warm, easeful, and unhurried — a weekend where you get to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy simple, spacious moments.
